Each ring from Lone Star Foundry is handcrafted to order — made specifically for you from a genuine coin. Because every piece is custom-made and sized individually, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been started.
Custom Orders
All coin rings are created by hand and tailored to your specific size and coin selection. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

Incorrect ring size provided by the customer

Change of mind after production begins

Variations in tone, patina, or detail — these are natural and part of the handcrafted process. Each one is unique.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in crafting and packaging every order. In the rare case that your ring arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We’ll review the situation and, if appropriate, repair or replace the item at no additional cost.
